Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team at Howard Financial Group in Savannah, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide marketing support, including creating and distributing newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
  • Ensure marketing strategies reach our target audience for each direct marketing campaign.
  • Manage incoming client calls and input prospects into our database.
  • Coordinate and attend educational workshops and client events for the firm.
  • Work with third-party marketing firms and maintain inventory of marketing materials.
  • Manage the firm's lead/prospect dashboard and present data in the Monday team meeting.
  • Set the tone and carry out the experience prospects and clients have when they interact with us.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience with a CRM.
  • Exceptional time management skills and proven record of getting prospects/clients engaged.
What We Offer:
  • $40,000-$50,000 BOE salary.
  • 401k, health reimbursement, and flex time benefits.
  • M-F 9am-5pm schedule.
