Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Senior Wheel Refinishing Specialist to join our team at Glenn's Wheel Polishing Inc. The ideal candidate will exhibit speed, skill, and a robust work ethic. In addition to wheel-related tasks, familiarity with digital tools such as computers and tablets is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and Archive Wheel Images: Take high-quality photographs of wheels for identification purposes and upload them to our inventory management system. Ensure meticulous record-keeping and manage inventory information effectively.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow and uphold established chemical safety protocols and personal protective measures to maintain a secure working environment at all times.
  • Thrive in a High-Pressure Setting: Efficiently execute tasks and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced production atmosphere, ensuring both speed and precision.
  • Enhance and Maintain Work Environment: Regularly tidy and organize the workspace, while continuously seeking and implementing improvements to boost productivity and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Fundamental experience with software for inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Current knowledge of chemical safety training, including proper handling, usage, and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Experience with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and maintenance.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic production environment, effectively manage time, and sustain high productivity levels.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Willingness to assess and enhance processes, proactively addressing any challenges.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly to team members and supervisors.
