Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Advocate to join our team at Assure Fertility Partners of San Antonio. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries, provide education on fertility options, and address concerns in a empathetic and professional manner.
  • Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the clinical team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of medical administrative experience required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in keyboarding skills, experience with electronic medical records, and knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
  • Language: Bilingual-Spanish a plus.
