Position Summary:

The Residential Leasing and Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for all prospective residents who engage with the property through visits, calls, or emails. This role embodies the company's culture and commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about fostering connections with residents. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the General Manager to increase prospect engagement, support resident relations, and ensure a thorough understanding of lease management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture professional, service-oriented relationships with clients, residents, and vendors, anticipating their individual needs and preferences.
  • Adhere to all fair housing regulations in all interactions.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures for community amenities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, coffee bar, and community market.
  • Effectively lease apartments by responding to online inquiries, managing prospect calls, scheduling tours, and promoting community features.
  • Manage and process all incoming leasing applications efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate marketing team to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, including brochures, online advertising, and print media.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends.
  • Track and oversee the preparation and turnover of apartments.
  • Assist in organizing leasing and resident activities, enhancing the community's branding.
  • Engage with residents to foster positive interactions.
  • Perform daily follow-up calls to residents to ensure maintenance issues are addressed.
  • Identify and report areas of concern on the property as observed or communicated by residents.
  • Monitor and manage the package tracking system to ensure safe and timely delivery of packages.
  • Maintain inventory for retail and community market offerings.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • A dynamic and enthusiastic individual eager to represent our company, brand, and property in the markets we serve.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree; required: High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the apartment leasing or hospitality sector is required.
  • Outgoing personality with a strong desire to serve; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online engagement strategies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, and familiarity with platforms like Instagram and Facebook is preferred.
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi or Entrata is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
