Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at White Horse Village. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of residential living occupancy by utilizing our CRM database, following up with prospects, and assembling marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in maintaining high levels of residential living occupancy
  • Utilize the CRM database to track prospects and follow up with telephone calls or mailings
  • Assemble marketing and move-in materials, maintain inventory of supplies, and coordinate RSVPs for special marketing events
  • Assist with set-ups for events and represent White Horse Village externally as a sales representative
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a senior living community or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably MatrixCare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
