Senior Sales Administrative Coordinator

**Job Summary**
This role provides administrative support to the SVP of Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating sales efforts. Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, sales presentations, and event coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, expense reports, and travel for the SVP of Sales and Marketing.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize on-site and off-site sales meetings and events.
- Maintain CRM data, email distribution lists, and assist with tradeshow registrations.
- Support corporate office operations, including supply management and event coordination.
**Requirements**
- 4-6 years of administrative experience or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to new software quickly.
