Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Operations Manager in the United States. This position is crucial for a prominent global technology firm that specializes in advertising solutions.

Location: Flexible work arrangement available.

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Compensation: $40-50 per hour

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our advertising initiatives, working closely with Partner Managers to ensure the successful launch of search and display campaigns. Your expertise will help our partners achieve their marketing goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive campaign setup, including ad trafficking, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance campaign performance to meet established marketing KPIs.
  • Serve as a media expert, managing a high volume of campaigns across various platforms.
  • Implement multi-tiered campaigns utilizing diverse buying strategies.
  • Collaborate with the US Ad Operations Manager to coordinate the offshore operational team.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and workflows within the advertising domain.
  • Manage substantial Performance Marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital campaign management fundamentals, including media planning and budget oversight.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to campaign management, identifying underperformance and proposing effective solutions.
  • Communicate opportunities for business growth and impact effectively.
  • Work within a ROAS performance marketing framework, leveraging knowledge of AdTech and optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field, along with relevant experience in advertising or media.
  • A minimum of 3 years in Ad Operations or digital advertising within a data-driven environment.
  • Expertise in managing sponsored products campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations within a media agency or large advertiser.
  • Experience with GAM and Criteo is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of critical campaign components, including brand safety and ad viewability.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and enhancing user experiences.
  • Adept at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards of performance and a proactive approach to achieving results.
