Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Ability to think independently while fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Lead a crew of 2-4 members in establishing traffic control measures.
  • Operate company vehicles and various hand tools.
  • Load and unload equipment as necessary.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Maintain daily logs of activities.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Travel to various worksites as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • A desire for a long-term career in traffic control.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, including ATSSA Flagger certification.
  • Enjoyment of outdoor work and the ability to meet physical demands.
  • A valid state driver’s license.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability for travel and flexible working hours, including weekends and nights as needed.
