POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking experienced Traffic Control Supervisors who are looking for a fulfilling career rather than just a job. Are you interested in working for a company that values your dedication and commitment?
Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Conduct daily safety briefings to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Ability to think independently.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Lead a crew of up to 24 members in establishing traffic control measures.
  • Operate company vehicles and various hand tools.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Maintain daily logs of activities.
  • Adhere to federal, state, local, and company regulations.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.
WHAT WE SEEK:

  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience in traffic control (ATSSA Flagger certification is a plus).
  • Enjoyment of outdoor work.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • A valid state driver's license.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (hot or cold) as necessary.

  • Availability for travel and work Monday through Friday (starting as early as 6:00 AM), including overtime.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed.
