We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HRIS Analyst to optimize our Workday system and lead projects to ensure data integrity, report writing, and interpreting data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize Workday system configuration and lead projects to improve data integrity and report writing.
- Interpret data flows to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes.
- Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes.
- Provide support for HRIS system maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to enhance HRIS system functionality.
- Conduct training and develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation to ensure stakeholders are equipped to use the HRIS system effectively.
- 8+ years of experience with HR Systems, preferably with Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- Intermediate Excel skills and solid attention to detail, particularly with reporting and auditing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively with peers.
- Proficiency in Workday with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in capturing business requirements and translating them into system configuration.
- Expertise in at least three of the following product areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, and Custom Reporting and Calculated Fields.
- Prior experience within HRIS and Workday experience.
- Software and tech company experience.
- Experience in other people systems, such as Avature, CultureAmp, Achievers, etc.

Compensation: Estimated Base Pay Range: $122,000 - $153,000. The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
