We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for managing UKG payroll, serving as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, and overseeing system maintenance and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the system administrator for UKG payroll, managing business processes, workflow, and reporting.
* Serve as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, collaborating on projects to optimize system configuration.
* Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and testing, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
* Develop and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
* Provide user support and training, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience
* ORACLE and UKG systems experience required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process optimization.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPPA)
