Lead Product Manager- HR IT

As a key member of the DocuSign team, the Lead Product Manager- HR IT will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HRIS systems. This individual will be responsible for developing and defining the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with Workday, iCIMS, and other HRIS systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and functional background in HRIS systems, with a proven ability to solve complex business problems and deliver outcome-driven solutions. They will partner with end-users, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end employee experience and drive end-to-end solutions for HRIS systems.

This role requires a highly driven individual with strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS models, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile and Scrum methodologies.

As a trusted advisor for platform and technology, the Lead Product Manager- HR IT will coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions. They will drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out, overseeing product-related deliverables, including PRDs, metrics, and performance measures.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives. They will build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
