About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ergonomic Sales Specialist to join our team at Humanscale. As an Account Development Representative, you will play a critical role in educating clients on the science behind ergonomics while establishing new business, growing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target end-user accounts, dealerships, and the architect and design community
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • At least 3-5+ years of outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
