Job Title: Sr. Compensation Analyst

The Virtual Bench is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in leading and supporting compensation processes for our global organization, with a primary focus on Technician and Rotator pay.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement compensation structures using industry best practices
  • Administer and maintain Technician Career Framework for the global organization
  • Develop and implement processes to evaluate new jobs and map them into the framework
  • Perform in-depth analysis of jobs and assess appropriate survey data sources across the globe
  • Analyze survey data and recommend rate structures or market pricing to align compensation packages with the market
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analyst role
  • 2+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • 2+ years of experience with Technician and Rotator compensation pay programs
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and database management
