Position Summary:
This role involves evaluating, assessing, and making conclusive decisions regarding benefit risks, workers' compensation risks, and pricing strategies based on established review criteria. The aim is to ensure competitive rates for both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expeditiously and accurately renew bids for prospective clients.
  • Analyze and formulate pricing strategies while assessing medical risks for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Management team to finalize decisions on workers' compensation risks.
  • Gather and prepare comprehensive information for Employment Practice Liability Insurance (EPLI) pricing.
  • Review safety inspections conducted by Safety Consultants to address workers' compensation issues.
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy in client direct allocations and risk assessments.
  • Participate in the development of policies affecting the Pricing and Review team.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess one to two years of relevant experience.

Skills and Attributes:
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Familiarity with health and welfare pricing principles, workers' compensation risk review, and business mathematics is essential.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary, up to 5% of the time.
