Technical Sales Support Specialist

As a Technical Sales Support Specialist at Comcast Corporation, you will play a critical role in achieving target budgets for sales professionals by providing technical expertise during the presales process. You will work closely with customers' technical teams to bridge their needs with Comcast services and products, and collaborate with the sales team to market and sell Comcast's voice product lines.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze customer requirements to understand how Comcast products and services can meet their needs.
- Translate technical design requirements into sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of Comcast products and services.
- Prepare proposals that include cost-effective solutions for customers while addressing potential configuration challenges.
- Recommend product bundles with accurate pricing and promotional discounts for multi-product orders.
- Set expectations and follow up with customers on project timelines and completion.
- Drive sales closure to shorten the sales cycle and achieve goals and objectives.
- Train and coach sales professionals to understand and successfully sell advanced voice solutions.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regularly attend meetings, work variable schedules, and perform overtime as necessary.
- Understand our Operating Principles and make them the guidelines for your work.
- Own the customer experience by thinking and acting in ways that put customers first.
- Know your stuff by being enthusiastic learners, users, and advocates of our technology, products, and services.
