Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and remote access tools, resolving technical issues related to our products and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support and product development.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and product developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and product offerings.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of vapor compression cycles and principles.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HVAC certification from an accredited technical trade school.
  • Ability to speak effectively before a group of people.
  • Valid passport for international travel.
