About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Crisis Response Coordinator to join our team at Helen Ross McNabb Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Job Summary

The Master's Level Crisis Response Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and clinical direction to our EmPATH program. This role requires a strong background in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and supervision of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including reports, scheduling, and training.
  • Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction while on-site and after hours as needed.
  • Meet with clients and treatment teams as clinically indicated to facilitate referrals and ensure client treatment is being rendered.
  • Complete assessments and therapy as needed, ensuring clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit.
  • Ensure accuracy of referral logs and admission logs, and complete documentation of client care in compliance with policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses, preferably in a crisis setting.
  • Supervisory experience and certification in verbal de-escalation techniques required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a dependable vehicle for Center business.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, and TB screening/testing (if applicable).
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
