Mental Health Response Team Member

Key Responsibilities: As a Master's Behavioral Health Co-Response Clinician, your primary duties will include:
- * Working closely with law enforcement to identify and respond to individuals in crisis
* Providing mental health support and interventions to individuals in need
* Facilitating training sessions for law enforcement on mental health and substance use disorders
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies for addressing mental health crises
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all interactions and interventions
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require:
- * A Master's degree in a health-related field, such as counseling, psychology, social work, or sociology
* At least one year of experience working in a behavioral health setting
* Valid driver's license with F endorsement
* Certification in CPR/First Aid and training in Handle with Care de-escalation techniques
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
