An established accounting firm is in search of an Administrative Support Specialist/Financial Coordinator. This role involves managing the monthly client deadline schedule and ensuring timely completion and submission of all tax and payroll documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management by assisting in meetings, client communications, and various tasks aimed at advancing the firm's objectives.
- Compile individual and corporate tax filings for client delivery.
- Leverage internal software tools to generate monthly reports concerning workload, billing, and other operational metrics.
- Oversee and manage the firm’s financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and collections.
- Prepare payroll and individual tax returns as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are mandatory.
