Shields Facilities Maintenance, LLC, is in search of highly driven candidates for a Client Relationship Manager role within the facility maintenance sector.

The Client Relationship Manager will oversee the comprehensive management of designated clients, from vendor sourcing and insurance verification to monitoring work progress at client sites.

SFM is consistently focused on broadening its portfolio of esteemed retail clients, and the Client Relationship Manager will be instrumental in this expansion.


Key Responsibilities include:
Identifying and assessing qualified competitive vendors who comply with all standards. Selecting the most suitable vendors to deliver necessary services and managing contracts with these vendors. Ensuring ongoing compliance with company and client requirements.

Addressing issues that arise concerning assigned accounts, identifying the root cause of problems, and formulating a resolution plan.

Monitoring all open tasks and projects, assessing the quality of service delivery to guarantee timely completion and client satisfaction.

Providing relevant documentation aligned with the scope of work and client expectations. Preparing necessary documentation for invoicing and managing any invoicing disputes. Engaging with clients to ensure account satisfaction and professionally addressing any customer concerns.
