Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Location: Moorestown, NJ office

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing inquiries related to Property Tax Relief initiatives for the State of New Jersey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to calls on the Tax Relief Hotline
  • Guiding callers through application processes and determining eligibility
  • Delivering precise and confidential information
  • Rectifying inaccuracies on submitted applications
  • Assisting taxpayers with the filing procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of NJ Department of Revenue assessments
  • Proficient in PC usage within a Windows environment
  • Basic typing skills
  • Prior experience in customer service roles
