Senior Program Manager for Asia Region Capture

Exciting Opportunity: Join Lockheed Martin in a Hybrid Telework role that offers a blend of office and remote work. This position is pivotal in managing capture initiatives essential to the International Mission Systems (IMS) portfolio within the Asia Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage capture efforts for complex development programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international clients.
- Drive new business development and lead a dedicated capture team.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to craft compelling proposals.
Team Leadership: The successful candidate will report directly to the IMS Asia Region Portfolio Manager, guiding a cross-functional team in formulating and executing strategic campaign plans aimed at securing new business in a competitive landscape.
Qualifications: This role requires a Level 3 employee with 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in program management, including demonstrated profit/loss leadership, extensive proposal development, and customer relationship management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Essential Skills: Candidates must exhibit adaptability to shifting priorities, advanced business acumen, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution capabilities. The ability to travel both domestically and internationally is also required, along with the capacity to obtain a Secret Clearance.
