About the Role

PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Majors Growth Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value Selling: Develop and execute a value-selling strategy to highlight the unique benefits and value proposition of PagerDuty's products and services.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate positive business outcomes, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Sales Execution: Plan and execute sales strategies, utilize historical data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts, and proactively engage internal resources and partners to move the sales process forward.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales.
  • 3-5 years of experience expanding into new areas of existing accounts.
  • Enterprise or commercial account management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500, and Global 2000 companies.
  • Experience selling in a multi-product selling environment.
