About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Account Executive to join our team at New Relic. As a key member of our product-led growth sales team, you will play a critical role in driving new account growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline, closing complex deals and high volumes of new accounts per quarter.
  • Sell to CXO and navigate other personas within an account, turning them into New Relic champions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and solutions consultant teams to develop strong value propositions and strategies for landing new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends impacting buyers and deliver value to prospects through information, insights, and actions they cannot find on their own.
  • Timely and accurate updating of customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to ensure accurate lead and management reports.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS or related direct application sales.
  • Excel in both personal ambition and collaborative teamwork.
  • Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills, with a proven track record of success in inside sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and manage a pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in computer engineering, coding, or software development.
  • A related B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced with other software business tools, including ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Command of the Message or similar formal sales training.
