Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, who is driven by a desire to innovate and achieve outstanding results.

Position Overview:

Favor Tech Consulting, LLC (FTC), a subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria), is on the lookout for a proficient Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support for IT systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Security Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support for IT systems.
  • Review Security A&A documentation.
  • Update IT Security Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and report on FISMA Compliance activities.
  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of the organization's Security A&A tool through Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) management and quality control activities.
  • Support Ongoing Authorization (OA) by reviewing security controls.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with CSAM and RMF.
  • Experience collaborating with system stakeholders to evaluate and manage cybersecurity risks.
  • Understanding of the process to obtain and maintain a system Authorization to Operate (ATO).
