Position Summary:
FEDITC is in search of a skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst with expertise in Risk Management and Compliance. Candidates must possess United States Citizenship and be eligible for a Top Secret/SCI DoD Security Clearance to qualify for this role.
Work Environment:
Hybrid, SCIF
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal and external processes.
- Identify and document requirements related to information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering.
- Analyze continuous monitoring and management processes to detect trends and anomalies in cybersecurity performance.
- Review and manage performance metrics for assigned programs, addressing any discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Examine system design and architecture documentation.
- Prepare Security Impact Analysis Reports.
- Document notes from technical meetings.
- Create presentations and briefs as needed.
- Draft documents such as charters, agendas, and memoranda.
- Maintain contact lists and distribution groups.
- Publish notifications to the relevant community.
- Coordinate communications with executives and HQ components.
- Create and manage templates and forms to support cybersecurity activities.
- Track and report on data calls.
- Maintain updated SOPs and documentation for all processes.
- Generate meeting minutes as required.
- Utilize internal processes to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards for government stakeholders.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports summarizing project adherence and milestones.
- Support the planning and coordination of various working group meetings.
- Offer guidance to Federal Subject Matter Experts on processes and projects.
- Assist in resolving helpdesk tickets for the DHS Enterprise.
- Contribute to the modernization of cybersecurity processes across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with other contractors and government personnel.
- Respond to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Provide feedback on DHS policies and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain training materials for the DHS Enterprise.
- Establish metrics to track progress in cybersecurity initiatives.
- Attend meetings and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
- Create unique training resources to enhance understanding of cybersecurity responsibilities.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess program performance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective maintenance of cybersecurity processes.
- Assist in identifying and implementing best practices for cybersecurity programs.
Experience/Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Vulnerability Management.
- Experience with Asset Management.
- Proficiency in Software Management.
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Security+ certification is required.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI eligible Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Must be a US Citizen and successfully pass a background check.
- Maintain necessary security clearances and certifications as required by FEDITC and its clients.
