About the Job

This Housekeeping Associate position requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide top-notch cleaning and service to our hotel guests. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Management Team to maintain our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Provide exceptional cleaning and service to assigned rooms and public space areas, adhering to brand standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in deep cleaning projects and report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, with extended stay industry background advantageous.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential, with other languages beneficial.
  • Frequent movement around the facility, carrying and lifting heavy objects, and exposure to commercial cleaning chemicals are required.
