Property Maintenance Team Lead

The Property Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a residential community. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring the property remains safe and well-maintained.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of service requests, preventative maintenance, and make-readies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any hazards or concerns.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications such as EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal and CPO certification preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience as a maintenance supervisor, preferably in residential community management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
