Key Responsibilities- Lead and Facilitate Workshops: Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes and requirements.
- Drive Requirements: Incorporate product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business.
- Partner with Client Area: Execute planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
- Manage Stakeholder Groups: Work with global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, data privacy to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform System Configuration: Conduct testing activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Assist in Decomposing Epics: Break down complex business problems into effective user stories.
- Maintain Task Status: Utilize JIRA or similar Agile management tool to track progress and ensure timely completion.
- Work with User Groups: Resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure Cross-Functional Dependencies: Articulate, manage, and address dependencies to execute projects with quality and on-time.
- 5+ Years of Business Execution Experience: Proven track record in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
- 2+ Years of Time and Absence Technology Experience: Experience implementing and configuring Time and Absence technologies, preferably with Workday.
- Workday Function Experience: Experience implementing and configuring Workday functions including Core HR, Time Away, Paid Time Off, and Leaves of Absence.
- ServiceNow Experience: Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow functions.
- Workshop Facilitation Experience: Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Project Management Experience: Strong project management skills, preferably with Agile methodologies.
- HR Systems Experience: Experience working with HR systems in a complex, regulated, global environment with multiple integrations.
- Agile Team Experience: Experience working as part of Agile teams.
