  • Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities.
  • Effectively manage company expenses.
  • Regularly provide written summaries of progress.
  • Represent the company's top management.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Degree-level education, preferably an MBA.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and a professional work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Business acumen and a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to travel extensively when required.
