The Vice President and General Manager of HRS Americas will report to the Global Managing Director and be responsible for overseeing crucial business functions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Americas Regional Business Unit, including sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and other required elements.
- Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the Americas, including LATAM and NAMER regions.
- Build and maintain a strong industry network in hospitality, hotel, and retail sectors.
- Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities.
- Effectively manage company expenses.
- Regularly provide written summaries of progress.
- Represent the company's top management.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
- Degree-level education, preferably an MBA.
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a professional work ethic.
- Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
- Business acumen and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to travel extensively when required.
