The Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Hospitality Systems for HRS Americas will report to the Global Managing Director and be responsible for crucial and influential business functions within the Americas Regional Business Unit.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Operating within the USA, this individual will drive our expansion in new markets and aim to be the lead supplier within the hospitality IT sector.

We are looking for someone with an energetic, entrepreneurial spirit who understands all aspects of the Hospitality Industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the Americas Regional Business Unit.
  • Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the Americas, including sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and all other required elements.
  • Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the LATAM and NAMER region, including sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and all other required elements.
  • Strong industry network in hospitality, hotel, and retail.
  • Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts.
  • Participation in sales and marketing activities.
  • Effective management of company expenses.
  • Regular written summaries of progress.
  • Represent the company's top management.

P&L responsibility.

  • Meet all regional sales and financial objectives.

Main Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Degree-level education - MBA is a plus.
  • Hospitality Industry experience.
  • Have a professional work ethic and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Possess business acumen and a drive to succeed.
  • Willing to travel extensively when required.
