The Americas Regional Business Unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President and General Manager to lead our expansion in the region.

This is a crucial role that requires a strong industry network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a sustainable business infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction, as well as building and maintaining customer relations with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position, a degree-level education, and hospitality industry experience.

They will also possess business acumen, a drive to succeed, and be willing to travel extensively when required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of the Americas Regional Business Unit.
  • Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the Americas.
  • Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the LATAM and NAMER region.
  • Strong industry network (hospitality, hotel, retail).
  • Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts.
  • Participation in sales and marketing activities.
  • Effective management of company expenses.
  • Regular written summaries of progress.
  • Represent the company's top management.

Main Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Degree-level education - MBA is a plus.
  • Hospitality Industry experience.
  • Have a professional work ethic and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Possess business acumen and a drive to succeed.
  • Willing to travel extensively when required.
