Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hospitality Systems

The Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hospitality Systems will be responsible for leading the Americas Regional Business Unit of HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems. This role requires a strong industry network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth in new markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business infrastructure in the Americas, including sales, account management, marketing, and pre-sales.
  • Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts and drive sales and marketing activities.
  • Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company's top management and participate in sales and marketing activities.

Main Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Degree level education - MBA is a plus.
  • Hospitality Industry experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and a professional work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Possess business acumen and a drive to succeed.
