Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Customer Support Specialist, your role will include:
Assisting clients in obtaining insurance coverage by proactively promoting additional products to ensure they have the necessary protection for their families. You will facilitate the creation of new policies through our streamlined sales process, making it straightforward for both you and the client.
Represent Western & Southern Financial Group by delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will employ active listening techniques to collaborate with clients in understanding and fulfilling their requests.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
High School Diploma or GED
Must possess an active Life & Health Insurance License in your state of residence.
Additional Requirements for Remote Associates:
Must have a workspace adequate for two monitors, a laptop, docking station, mouse, and keyboard.
Must provide your own desk and chair.
Must have a quiet, isolated workspace free from distractions.
Must have a high-speed internet connection that meets the data and speed standards of Western & Southern Financial Group (Satellite internet providers are not eligible).
Must reside in one of the eligible states for remote work.
