Job Summary:
The Admissions Counselor is responsible for supervising and coordinating major operational functions of the Office of Admissions. This includes managing the admissions process for applicants and prospects, coordinating recruitment and development of on-campus admissions events, and coordinating the admissions process for accelerated programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Baptist Memorial at community and regional recruitment activities
- Develop and implement marketing materials and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students
- Coordinate the admissions process for applicants
- Manage and supervise the admissions process for all applicants to the college
- Assess, evaluate, and interpret applicants' admissions documents to determine eligibility
- Plan and implement the on-campus admissions process for prospective students
- Coordinate and implement all facets of the admissions process for the College's accelerated programs
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in undergraduate or graduate college admissions
- Graduation from Baptist College
