At Ibotta, we're revolutionizing the way leading advertisers approach mobile marketing. We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in office, with preferred in-office hybrid days on Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients from campaign launch to completion, serving as the primary point-person for optimization suggestions throughout the process.
  • Monitor campaigns to measure performance and create comprehensive recap decks.
  • Ensure clients' goals are achieved, yielding successful campaign performance.
  • Establish relationships with contacts at multiple brand partners while building detailed content marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Client Partnerships counterparts to recommend next steps in growing brand relationships and building future campaigns.
  • Work towards gross profit targets by uncovering incremental spend.
  • Utilize analytics tools for client reporting.
  • Work within a team environment, balancing priorities and managing workload independently.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to leverage past marketing/project management experience to work with clients and internal partners to facilitate campaigns.
