Job Summary:

NFP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Benefits team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts
Lead client meetings for assigned accounts
Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
Communicate directly with clients and carriers
Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures

Requirements:

Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-confident to make sound independent decisions
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
P&C Insurance License required
