Senior Account Management Director

Medpace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Management Director to lead our Commercial Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of employees within Commercial Operations department.
  • Provide strategic input and oversee the development of fee estimates for requests for proposals (RFPs), budget revisions, and contract amendments.
  • Collaborate with other personnel to provide strategic financial input to client requests for information (RFIs).
  • Maintain review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasted data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • MBA preferred.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in contract management and pricing in pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
  • Excellent understanding of financial and accounting processes, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of drug development services and medical terminology.

Medpace offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $230,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation policy, sick days, paid holidays, work from home flexibility, short-term disability, long-term disability, health savings and flexible savings accounts, life and AD&D insurance, and pet insurance.
