About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Retail Wireless team at DISH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance within a designated territory encompassing Boost Mobile stores. Your primary focus will be on collaborating closely with retail store owners to enhance their business operations, ensuring full compliance across all store types throughout your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling
  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores
  • Maintain and drive accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory
  • Identify new retail points of distribution using local knowledge and real estate contacts
  • Communicate with store owners to drive their business sales performance
  • Implement plans to exceed sales quota across the territory
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
  • 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
  • 1+ years selling wireless products or services

  • Uncapped commission component with a potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals
