Account Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to join our team at Aventure Staffing. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Customer Service experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience with Excel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
