PeopleShare is currently seeking a qualified Executive Administrative Assistant for a prominent nonprofit organization.

Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the CEO and COO. Responsibilities encompass organization, calendar oversight, travel coordination, project management, presentation preparation, report generation, tracking, and facilitating special events. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and documentation.


Key Details:
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, in-office.
  • Compensation: $33.65 - $36.06 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage confidential information and communication with senior leadership, board members, donors, and government entities.
  • Ensure effective calendar management, meeting notifications, and timely distribution of materials such as agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Support meetings, visitors, events, and reporting requirements as directed by the department.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and strategic information.
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering presentations for senior staff and board members.
  • Experience working with diverse teams.
  • Ability to act as a liaison and point of contact for executive-related activities.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
