Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our corporate team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping licensed life insurance agents take their business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring life insurance agents to improve their sales and marketing skills
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase agent productivity and business growth
  • Providing training and support to agents to help them succeed in their roles
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns
  • Building and maintaining relationships with agents, carriers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success

Requirements:

  • High energy and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • College degree preferred, but not required
