Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Associates to be part of the Equinox team at our cutting-edge location. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a significant impact within a vibrant and evolving organization.

The Shop Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all visitors. They will take guidance from the Shop Manager on business strategies and action plans to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Service:
    Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and ensure an outstanding customer experience for all visitors.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Consistently uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies while ensuring comprehension of all communication and training materials.
  • Product & Presentation:
    Assist the Shop Manager in maintaining brand standards through effective merchandising and marketing execution.
  • Professional Development:
    Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, maintain awareness of company standards, and comply with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Ability to follow direction
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in retail
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to embrace new techniques and ideas
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, and reach as needed.
