We are in search of a meticulous Packaging Technician to contribute to our operations at Temescal Wellness. In this role, you will be essential in our production setting, ensuring that all packaging, labeling, and sanitation processes are executed with accuracy to uphold the highest quality standards for our cannabis products.
Key Responsibilities:- Package products in accordance with the daily production schedule
- Ensure adherence to established packaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate records of all products and batches
- Conduct precise product counts
- Implement daily cleaning protocols
- Assist in overseeing non-cannabis inventory
- Comply with the company's operational guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Exhibit high energy and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate consistent work habits
- Proficient in data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication abilities
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
- Able to stand for prolonged periods
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong follow-through on multiple tasks
- Knowledge of METRC seed-to-sale software is advantageous
- Experience with Biotrack and Bartender software
- Understanding of Massachusetts cannabis regulations
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18 based on experience

This full-time role requires a shift starting at 7:00 AM and concluding at 3:30 PM.
