Position Title: Product Advocate

Reports to: Field Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

The Product Advocate will play a crucial role in enhancing and nurturing our brand's connections with dispensary partners while supporting the local sales team in achieving and surpassing their sales objectives within designated regions. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-store services at client dispensaries, including product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer appreciation events.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the Jeeter product range and effectively communicate the advantages of each item.
  • Capture video and photographic content during in-store events for social media engagement.
  • Facilitate product sales through educational interactions with budtenders and consumers.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and product arrangement within all assigned dispensary locations.
  • Conduct training sessions for budtenders and assess their knowledge of Jeeter products.
  • Manage invoice processing, reconciliation, and provide monthly accrual reports to the marketing team.
  • Monitor store traffic and gather feedback and market insights.
  • Plan and execute events effectively.
  • Audit marketing materials to ensure availability for team members.
  • Implement all marketing directives from management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age as per state regulations.
  • Possession of a valid state Driver's License is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cannabis, including its effects and product offerings.
  • Basic computer skills are essential.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive demeanor and a strong drive for success.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years in marketing, sales, or promotional modeling and events.
  • At least 1 year of experience in public-facing events.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the legal cannabis industry.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in cannabis-related events.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel and commute up to 100% of the time to various events and dispensaries within the assigned area.
  • Availability for weekend and afternoon/evening shifts.
