Position Overview:

This full-time role requires flexibility in work hours and involves responding to incoming calls while effectively triaging inquiries.

Your Contributions:

  • Address telephone and online inquiries from clients seeking information and resources, adhering to established standards.
  • Gather pertinent data from callers to facilitate measurement, tracking, and reporting.
  • Document inquiries, responses, and resolutions, while performing additional clerical tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred:

  • One year of experience in a medical office setting.
