About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Sales Executive to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and producing new business from external and internal referral sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a 'hunters' mentality to uncover new sales opportunities and create a pipeline of future ideal clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed identified sales goals by delivering a value proposition that sets you apart from the competition.
  • Focus on writing comprehensive insurance plans, not just monoline policies, and identify niche(s) to execute strategies and become a subject matter expert.
  • Drive organic growth through partnerships with internal and external referral sources and establish and maintain strong relationships with HUB teams and external business partners.
  • Be an active participant in team meetings and ongoing learning initiatives, and be visible in your community by participating in local organizations.
  • Pursue professional designations and ongoing, industry-specific education to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaker is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve a greater level of success and demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Attention-to-detail and professional appearance, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sophisticated coverage options and policy forms.
  • College education or equivalent sales and professional experience, and active Property & Casualty/Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
