Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Orthopedic Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and quotas within your assigned territory by selling medical products and services through expert education, professional sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Pinnacle Inc. while working with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals to meet or exceed sales objectives of Arthrex products for your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts and increase the account base and volume of sales by developing and implementing a variety of sales strategies targeting new account opportunities.
  • Communicate with customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolios, billing issues, and educational programs.
  • Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions as they become available.
  • Utilize company leads and identify new prospects, determine their needs, and develop solutions for those identified needs.
  • Meet quarterly objectives/goals.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related degree in health field is a plus.
  • Possess a valid State Driver's License, safe driving record, and insurance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and common internet browsers.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and constituents within the orthopedic industry.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales success in a competitive B2B industry.
  • Experience as an associate in the orthopedic industry a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to training courses when necessary.
  • Ability to work on-call after hours on a rotational basis with your assigned teammates.
  • Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
