About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at HUB International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Sales: Utilize your skills and experience to uncover new sales opportunities and consistently achieve and exceed identified sales goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their risk management and insurance needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and execute strategies to drive organic growth, leveraging partnerships with internal and external referral sources.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a deep understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or a related field.
  • Education: College education or equivalent sales and professional experience.
  • Licenses: Active Property & Casualty/Life & Health license, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Language: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaker is highly preferred.
